Q: “How can I track my order?”
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Q: “Do you offer international shipping?”
We currently do not ship internationally, but follow us on social media to stay tuned for updates.
Q: “How long does delivery take?”
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Q: “What is your return policy?”
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the product is defective or missing. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
