Lift the lid to remove the collected hair. For a deeper clean, rinse both the lid and bristles under warm water with soap, ensuring to rinse off any soap thoroughly. Once everything is dry, securely replace the lid and your brush is ready to use again.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days, but delivery times may vary based on your location.

We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time, but please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram for announcements about expanded shipping.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and photos. We’ll assess the issue and let you know if you're eligible for a replacement or, where applicable, a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and approve the return. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify. Snapella is not responsible for return shipping costs. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

We advise against using the Snapella hairbrush with heat, as exposure to high temperatures may damage the bristles. For best results, avoid using it with hot styling tools or heat settings.
