Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and photos. We’ll assess the issue and let you know if you're eligible for a replacement or, where applicable, a refund.

To request assistance, email our support team at info@snapellabrush.com with the following:

• Order confirmation number in the subject line
• Your full name in the email
• Description of how your order arrived
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps if your claim is approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and approve the return. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify. Snapella is not responsible for return shipping costs. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
